Advanced Health Examination

During your examination in our clinic, we collect billions of biological data points about you, examine thousands of genes, and report on hundreds of biomarkers. Through our subsequent state-of-the-art analysis, we can determine your health status, nutritional status, methylation profile, as well as your metabolic index and genetic profile. Based on your results, our team of healthcare professionals then creates tailored health protocols for you, focusing on diet, exercise, sleep, and supplements — all with your individual needs and goals in mind.

How it works?

Booking

You can book your appointment for the examination online. Here, you can choose the time for sampling that suits you best. Subsequently, we will provide you with additional information, including pre-examination information, which will guide you on how to prepare for the examination.

Key points include:

  • You must fast from 10:00 PM the night before your examination.
  • Stop taking supplements 4 days before your examination.
  • Continue taking your regular prescription medication.
  • We will send you a urine container, so you can bring a urine sample on the day of the examination.

Sampling

The sampling takes place at our clinic in Hellerup and takes about 30 minutes to complete. In the clinic, you will undergo physiological examinations and blood tests. Blood tests are performed by our healthcare staff, and we will do everything to ensure you feel comfortable during the procedure.

Your DEXA Body Scan will take place at our partner’s facility and may not necessarily be on the same day as the sampling at Aetas.

The turnaround time for our Health Intelligence package is 5-6 weeks. Once your results are ready, we will invite you to a result consultation with our clinic doctor, who will go through your results with you. During your result consultation, you will receive a comprehensive report of all your analysis results.

Additionally, you will receive our unique Aetas Protocols, which are evidence-based and designed to reduce inflammation in the body, optimise your health, and prevent your risk of chronic disorders.

Result Consultation:

  • 1 hour with the clinic doctor, reviewing your test results.

Ongoing Program

  • Over the next few months, you will follow the new plan based on your focus areas and goals.

Follow-up conversation:

  • After the result consultation, we will send you some material by email. You will receive a lot of information from the doctor during the result consultation, and it can be a lot of information to process at once. Therefore, we will send you some material summarising the doctor’s recommendations for lifestyle changes, supplements, and future plans.
  • In this context, you have the opportunity for a 15-30 minute telephone conversation with a healthcare professional.

Final Consultation:

  • The package includes a follow-up suPAR test, and you will be called for sampling after 3 months.
  • In connection with your last suPAR result, you will be invited to a final 30-minute conversation with a healthcare professional. During the conversation, you will discuss your new suPAR result, what you have achieved over the last period, and whether your new lifestyle requires adjustments.

Når du henvender dig til os, bliver kunde hos os eller får foretaget en undersøgelse bliver dine personlige sundhedsoplysninger registreret i vores elektroniske sags- og dokumenthåndteringssystem samt journalføringssystem. Derudover vil der ved undersøgelser bl.a. blive indsamlet oplysninger i form af navn, adresse, CPR-nummer, samt oplysninger vedrørende den konkrete henvendelse, diagnose og behandling. Disse oplysninger bliver behandlet og opbevaret sikkert og krypteret jf. GDPR reglerne, Sundhedsloven og Journalføringsbekendtgørelsen. Når du får lavet en undersøgelse hos os, er det altid en læge, der vurderer dine resultater, inden de bliver videregivet til dig. I nogle tilfælde vil det være en anden sundhedsfaglig medarbejder, der overleverer svarene til dig. Du har altid mulighed for at tilkøbe en konsultation med lægen, hvis dette ikke indgår i din undersøgelse.
